Siggy Ilestad

I have always been one that wants to get the best version of people to show, and that is perhaps what I enjoy most about being a recruiter. Being able to give people an opportunity to do better for themselves is very rewarding. This is something I felt first-hand as well being a captain of Heidelberg's men's soccer team. Bringing the best out of people and now being able to give better opportunities feels very natural to me and what I am excited to explore further.
