I began my career with Action Management Services in May 2019. Since I am a people person, my days are filled with meeting new candidates and clients, and nurturing those relationships to help match great opportunities to qualified talent.

I recruit executive level candidates across diverse industries, including manufacturing, real estate, private equity, healthcare, among others.

Before coming to Action Management Services, I had many internships, including Marketing Associate for an electric cooperative and Admissions Intern for Baldwin Wallace University. It was in the Admissions office where I grew interest in recruitment. Through a personal approach, I served as an ambassador for the university, engaging in campus event planning and presenting at college fairs. Through effective communication campaigns, I was able to recruit many prospective students to Baldwin Wallace.
