My past experience has been in Sales and Marketing and I was brought on board with AMS to build the Sales and Marketing aspect of the business. What I find rewarding about my career as an Executive Recruiter are the same things I’ve always found rewarding in sales: making genuine connections with people, the consultative process, helping people find the right fit that will improve the quality of their life.
