Phil Ness

Phil joins the Action Management Services team after a very successful career of over 40 years in higher education. Phil is a nationally recognized coach and highly respected fundraiser. He has worked at Institutions across the Northeast and Midwest in different leadership roles. His background in athletics and fundraising has enhanced his competitive spirit while honing his listening, communication and reasoning skills. Working with teams and donors Phil understands both the importance of great talent, outstanding leadership and the confidentiality that is required in many of these situations. He has worked closely with organizations and individuals to help gain a full understanding of their needs and expectations and throughout his career has been able to align them for optimum outcomes.
