After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Forensic Science and Biology in 2016, I became a Probation Officer with a local municipal court in Cuyahoga County, OH. I eventually jumped into the recruiting industry during the pandemic, helping staff hospitals with healthcare professionals all across the country. I enjoy building relationships with professionals across all industries, as it’s a great way to expand my network and impact the candidates and clients I serve.
